Welcome to Diligence China
Partners, Consultants and Service Providers will make your Chinese business a success.
Our goal at DiligenceChina is to help match China-based partners, consultants and service providers with western clients who are interested in accessing the important China market. Your ability to find reliable, value-added partners and consultants will determine how successful your Chinese business ultimately is.

What does DiligenceChina.com do?
We are a matchmaking platform serving the overseas community. We look for China-based partners, service providers and consultants who can meet the quality standards and expectations of overseas businesses. We perform initial screening to make certain that the partners represented here understand the basic requirements of overseas businesses and can engage in meaningful discussions about price, value and quality. DiligenceChina is the starting point for you to do the due diligence on your Chinese business partners.

Do I need China-based partners and service providers?
Unless you are planning to set up an operation in China, you are going to need a network of trusted representatives and professional contractors to look after your own interests. The quality of your service-providers will determine the ultimate success or failure of your China business.

How do I perform Due Diligence in China?
Performing due diligence in China is more challenging than in other places because of the distance and language barriers. Many businesspeople have found that local contractors are less open and transparent than those in western markets. Do not allow cultural differences to lead to bad business decisions. If you cannot get clear answers to basic questions, then you should not be doing business with that organization. Every contractor, partner, or service provider should be able to answer questions about:
- Price -- including itemized breakdowns and explanations about costs.
- Regulatory requirements and legal ramifications of each transaction.
- Partners, owners and associates. Always know who you are really doing business with!
- Length of time in the industry AND in the business.
- Track record of completed deals.
- Comprehensive list of references. Must be REAL, current, and contactable.
